Our story...

The restaurant opened in 1991 under the guidance of renowned chef Marcel Margosian, seasoned in Franco-Swiss kitchens. Sauces, duck, game... were always his calling cards in the capital, and Jesús Oliva, the chef who took over, took good note of them. Jesús, after training in Madrid, spent some time in Grenoble, the capital of the French Alps, to immerse himself in this French philosophy, which is still enjoyed and breathed in this charming restaurant, located in a corner of the oldest Madrid... next to the Royal Theater and Palace, hence its name... And it is, with all humility, for more than three decades, this intimate restaurant with Parisian reminiscences, continues to care for every detail. The homemade preparation of all its dishes in a discreet and truly relaxed atmosphere.
